During my stay at the Norwood inn I experienced mediocre service by staff dirty rooms and no water in the building the toilets were not flushing there is no water in the sink or tub for over 12 hours and they refuse to reimburse my payment for even one night and did not offer any other amenities and due to the lack of water I was very dissatisfied
It was quite and peaceful, but that could be, because there wasn't many people staying here. The hotel hasn't tried for years. It's run down, things are closing up on it. That's pretty depressing. Restaurants closed a breakfast is closed and you would have coffee in the lobby, but she was there with no coffee made pretty sad.
Pool was “under construction” Bar/lounge was vacant Walls were patched and painted over with different colors Tv had 4 channels Breakfast was a brown bag carry out Heard enough??? I should of kept my truck running and slept in there.
I'm in a state of -16 and my heating is damaged and they didn't change my room they just gave me a heater in poor service. There were insects in my room. The cold night was not pleasant.
Is a old hotel, pool don't working, no breakfast
Hands down the most unpleasant/unclean hotel I've ever stayed at. There were tons of stains on the carpets, couch, chair, and bed sheets. On top of that, we had many issues such as: there was no hot or even warm water, the ambient temperature of our room was 52 degrees, there were only 4 Kleenex/tissues in our room to use, no towels were provided in our bathroom, the tv screen had smudges all over it and the signal was terrible for the very few channels we had. We also were informed that our room had no key card, so somebody from the front desk had to manually unlock our room every time we left and returned. The only positives for this experience were that we only stayed for one evening and there were no bed bugs (that we could find). DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!
Dirty , no heat . They gave me little heater to use but then all they outlets quit working !

Not a very good experience will not be staying there ever again
There is nobody there at the desk I had a Ringo bell to get service to the wrong side restaurant was not open three there was no iron in the room no laundry bag TV channels sucked the room the bedspread was stain had stains on it but other than that is okay
