Character of the building was great. Fantastic breakfast and not a "greasy spoon breakfast". Friendly people running the B&B. After long and hard working day it was a great treat to have a bath with jets! Very comfortable bed.

Driving long vehicle through narrow roads was a little challenging. Parking on the road, although not a problem, but prefer to park on the drive for vehicle safety reasons. WI-fi didn't work and it is important for my work to have a good Wi-Fi, had to use my 4g sitting in the window bay.

The house itself. Love homes from 1835. The view across Morecambe Bay. Worthy breakfast to advertise as excellent.

Nothing, except would be better if had rubber mat to use in bath, due to my mobility issues.

Such a beautiful house to stay in . Fabulous period property with so much charm character.Stayed 1 night before a wedding host was so welcoming and breakfast was lovely.

Beautiful house and stunning gardens. Fabulous breakfast, lovely accommodating host - I was v well looked after.

The entrance into the driveway (gap in boundary the wall) defeated me and my Skoda estate - it’s also on a steep hill so turning in is tricky. I reversed in the first time and driving out is fine but in the dark I found this too tricky to manoeuvre so parked at the moment of the hill and walked up - only a few extra steps away at most - luckily there was parking available as it’s in a v residential area.
