Lovely old house with loads of charm. Great attic room with nice lounge area. Not for tall people though! Excellent breakfast

Ulverston can be quite noisy as I've found out from staying in other places here but st marys mount was perfect location and so peaceful. Views in the morning are amazing. Breakfast good and perfect host

Lovely old building with great views over the village. We stayed in the attic room which was lovely. Facilities were great, a little cold in the lounge area of the room though as no radiator. Karen was lovely. Breakfast very good. Ideally situated to restaurants, bars and shops.

The breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit and natural yoghurt and seeds and nuts and honey as well as cereal etc. Lovely white China with homemade jams and butter curls. Bacon and sausages from the butcher. Bed extremely comfortable and service form Maren kind and helpful. The decor also beautiful and homely as it is actually a home. Silk curtains and Waring and Gillow furniture. Stylish and luxurious.

On a steep hill so hard work up and down to town if you are of a certain age and don’t have a car. Rather difficult to find as no signage outside.

Lovely quirky old house. Very friendly staff and super breakfast every morning.

Difficult for us to find in the dark due to the narrow unlit entrance and the lack of any adequate signage.

Das Haus ist sehr alt und voller Deko. Sehr niedrige Decken und Türen im Dachgeschoss, steile Treppe, das Haarshampoo war furchtbar klebrig (Handseife?) WLan funktionierte nicht. Für eine Nacht ok, aber nicht gerade günstig.
