Good breakfast this but orange juice watered down

Good location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and pubs. Excellent breakfast, cooked to order.

Room was small and dated, no bath just a shower.

The room was large, with a bathroom that included a wonderful bath and a separate shower. Great teas and coffees, biscuits, etc. Comfortable. The staff were great. Lots of local shops within easy walking distance, too, and a petrol station.

Great location for the NEC in the middle of a nice village with restaurants. Really friendly staff. Free parking (unlike the big hotels at NEC wanting £20 per night).

Room is tired and needs an overhaul. Furniture is old style and chipped. Mattress and cushions on the bed need replacing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good.

Bed side lights would be good as the central light is too dim to read by.

The breakfast was good, it has to be pre ordered, so presumably fresh cooked. The evening meals were excellent, not a huge menu, which is probably a good thing. All food was well cooked and very well presented.
