Haigs Hotel

The room was warm and quiet and there were all facilities for hot drinks. Good supplies in the bathroom. Large bath towels!

The room charge is reasonable but the additional breakfast charge is a bit high.

Not staying for longer.

Perfect location for our needs, and had so much more character than the other options. The staff were excellent, I had a call en route to check what time I’d be checking in, & the bar stayed open until for as long as we needed it (after a long drive).

Decoration looks a little tired, but that really doesn’t detract from the positives!

Stayed at Haig Hotel when attending relative's function in Balsall, near the venue.

The sad face against this reply is not justified as I had no issues I did not like.

Convenient location, very comfy beds, pleasant staff plentiful supply of warm water in the shower

Rather tired, decor. In our room, the shower Door did not close properly. The window was draughty.

Breakfast was very good.

The hotel was in a very poor state and need modernization and improvement to compare to a Premier Inn.

Good value for money Food was very good for the price

Restaurant and staff were great. Stayed night before early flight from Birmingham. Taxi from hotel to airport took ten minutes
