"Great but I’ve had better stays here"

The valet crew is next level! Beyond attentive, helpful and friendly. My room was clean, but view from my one window was terrible so I had the shade closed the whole time. Which is a bummer. But I do love the hotel, and will stay there every chance I get.

"Very historic!"

Hotel was beautiful! It definitely felt like I was staying in a museum with all the artifacts in the lobby. Rooms were clean. The amenities were nice as well. The pool’s hours were convenient. Thank you Heistand for the great valet service! Quick and efficient. Thank you Adolphus for a lovely experience.

"Excellent service!"

My Uber driver pulled and parked across the street. The traffic was busy and really overwhelming. Heistand came to my rescue. He grabbed my luggage & navigated traffic to get me safely across. This was unexpected and so very thoughtful. Heistand is my hero of the day!
