My wife and I spent a belated anniversary weekend at The Adolphus. It was a fantastic experience for us. First, at check-in, we could not have been treated better by Dan, the Concierge. The entire staff was friendly and helpful! Grant, who was our guide for the historical tour of the hotel was interesting and informative. The City Hall staff took good care of us. At checkout, Raheem very pleasant and friendly. This may become an annual event for us!!

The valet service and especially Heistano was amazing!

The Adolphus is a beautiful hotel, which makes the lack of customer service even more disappointing. During our stay, I was diagnosed with chickenpox and responsibly quarantined in the room, informing the hotel of the situation. We noticed that the bathroom sink tap had almost no water pressure, leaving us with very little water, so a maintenance visit was arranged. Following that visit, the sink became completely blocked. We repeatedly requested assistance. We were eventually told maintenance could not return due to health protocols, yet the hotel had already entered the room previously. We were also refused a room change. The only assistance provided was a wet-vac, which was not working and made the situation a lot worse, a plunger and towels left outside the door. As a result, my husband ended up dismantling and cleaning the sink plumbing himself while I was confined to the room recovering from illness. We formally escalated the matter to management before checkout, requested a response before leaving the hotel, and received no response whatsoever. We have still not received a reply. Luxury hotels are tested when something goes wrong, not when everything goes right. Unfortunately, when we genuinely needed help, The Adolphus failed to provide it.

Brandon brought my car very quickly. And was pleasant to chat with while I was waiting for my fellow passengers.

In May as I left the hotel I had a wonderful experience with Brandon H. who is on the valet staff. This gentleman is very customer service focused and helpful. He greeted me with a smile, helped with my luggage and started my day off on a positive note. Thank you Brandon! .

The temperature throughout the Hotel was entirely too hot. We were there for a wedding on Saturday night and the ballroom we were in was like a oven. Orr stay included a breakfast, but we were not given a voucher so we did not know there was a price limit on our breakfast. At checkout they took off $21 each for the breakfast, but it was more than that, so it would have been helpful if they would have told us in our checkin portion.

Good location. Very clean. Very helpful attendants.

Eric at the front desk, Pedro who handled my bags and Olivia who showed my colleagues and I around the hotel was excellent.
