My boyfriend, his family and I went to a wedding they were hosting. Rooms were so nice and a nice helpful guy named Isaac was obligating and made it easy for me to be able to leave quickly at 6am for my morning flight.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The rich history, stunning architecture, elegant ambiance, and exceptional cocktail program created an experience that was both sophisticated and memorable. What truly set this property apart, however, was the impeccable service. Even before check-in, we felt genuinely welcomed. Throughout our stay, Pedro and Roy provided outstanding hospitality, offering hands-on support and thoughtful attention to every detail. They made our arrival seamless, our check-in effortless, and our entire stay feel personal and special. Their professionalism, warmth, and commitment to guest experience transformed a wonderful hotel into an unforgettable one. We look forward to returning and highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a truly exceptional stay.

Samy and Xavier were amazing great coustmer service

We all had an amazing time exploring the history and architect of the hotel. We spent time exploring and learning on the hotel tour and each turn gave us a bucketful of history. It was plotted in a beautiful part of Dallas with endless adventures to go out and do. With always beautifully clean rooms it was a great place to relax and enjoy the hotel itself. The pool and gym was extensively nice and an amazing place to spend your time.

The Adolphus is an amazing historic hotel and I enjoyed the stay very much. It is in the heart of Dallas allowing access to many neat places. There is a pool many bars restaurants and a coffee shop. There is so many places to sit and enjoy this wonderful building but if you need to stay in the rooms are quite clean and quiet. All of the staff is very nice and welcoming and serve all the guests quite well. Overall the value of the hotel was great and I very much enjoyed my stay. :)

The Adolphus is not only a beautiful hotel but everyone who works there goes way out of their way to make sure you stay is as great as possible. We were in n Dallas for special circumstances for medical treatments and needed things not typical and they went way above and beyond to help us with everything that we could possibly need From extra large fridges for medication to carrying heavy suitcases Since I had weightlifting restrictions. Brandon at the valet was especially tuned into that and everyone did so much for us without us even having to ask.
