P-hotels Oslo

It is a very old building, there is no shampoo or soap in the bathroom, the night tables are almost falling apart. TV has only like 3 channels and it had a chromecast connected but without the power cable. There is nois from a pub nearby that you can hear all night. You have only 3 breakfast options, which looked nice.

The rom had heating issues and got servere cold due to this. I got a room change but by that time entire trip had spoiled

Very nice and helpful staff. Clean room and very comfortable bed. Central location close to bus, train and tram.

The hotel is very conveniently located next to a subway station and an easy walk to most sights. And, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom was ok. The door to the shower didn't have a tight seal, so impossible to keep water from getting all over the bathroom. Location is great. However, the room does not have AC and it was impossible to sleep with the windows open because a tram was running in the street below, and there was a lot of noise. Probably better in the winter when the heating unit could be used.

The carpets were awful looking.

The unassuming property is on an unassuming street but very close to the central touristy activities. It is spartan, but as a result economical, considering other hotels in the neighborhood. Great to use as lodging to explore Oslo, less so to impress a travel mate. Perhaps the best for a single person spending much time outside. It is, depending on agility and pieces of luggage, even walkable from the railroad station, so late arrival to the airport may warrant getting into the city, rather than spending a lot more money at the airport hotel. It is on the corner of a busy street and the streetcar on the rails makes a turn there. It get noisy and if the room faces the street I'd assume sleeping with the window open would not be a choice. The hotel offers a breakfast, but it is meal in a box. Next door is a convenience store that would be much better choice.

Hotel is a walking distance from most historical and tourist attractions. There are several dining options in the neighborhood, including a vegan restaurant. My room and my bed were comfortable. The receptionists were very friendly. It’s a budget hotel so you must keep in mind when choosing. But I liked it and if I were to go back to Oslo I would choose it again.

Staff was excellent.

Hotel is perfectly located, close to shops, bars and attractions. Very easy to find. Walking distance to central train station, buss terminal and harbor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable, linens perfectly clean. Room has TV, working internet is, electronic lock was damaged, but working. On the downside, cleaning should be better, it was quite dusty in the corners of the room. It hasn't' been cleaned for a while in those areas, I imagine. It is a good choice for it's central location, and it's good value for the money.

Little attention and little pride about their property. Socialist indifferent.
