Convenient location

Concierge was always lovely and helpful Room conditions was as expected and clean. The bathroom in the double bedroom was small but manageable for two people. Location is perfect as it is in walkable distance to lots of landmarks and shops Unfortunately it gets loud in the evenings and you can hear the people in the other rooms and lots of sound from outside. Corridor to the room was a little unsettling because it was a little dark. Overall it was a lovely stay and we would come back again.

The location is good for getting around the city and excellent for food and shopping. It was hot with no AC, but the windows opened to let in a good breeze. Two problems: (1) Wifi was not good. (2) The location is noisy, right on a corner with tram lines curving around it, plus people enjoying the late-night sun.

A very nice hotel. Central location. Only thing that I would recommend is that you need a small fan to circulate the air in the summer. The 5th floor was hot and the windows had to be closed because of the trains and nightclubs on the street below

Very loud road work next to hotel. No sleeping throughout the night.

Room available early which was helpful. Good location, city centre, short walk to train station. Quiet single room with desk, chairs, plenty of power points. WiFi good. Shower good. Bed comfortable. On request I was given a cooler duvet. Dated but beautiful wooden floor. Some coat hooks would be good. Bad position of toilet paper holder makes it awkward to sit on the toilet!

Free Internet was terrible, room looked like it wasn’t cleaned particularly well, no amenities in room, most basic furniture possible
