Above and beyond. The lady at the front desk was exceptional!

Nothing. Everything was exceptional

I was charged $334 deposit! Would I have lost my room if I didn't have $334 to hand over? The bathroom towel rack needed repair and door hinges on TV stand would not close.

The rooms were not clean, the pillows were very uncomfortable. The floors were dirty, with visible dust and hair from previous visitors. You needed 2-3 pillows per person to make it into a decent pillow. The towel rack in the bathroom was hanging on by a thread, the toilet and tub were not very clean. There was water leaking from the ceiling right outside of our rooms, with a trash can collecting the water. Where the water was leaking from is black. Very unsatisfied for a Hampton Inn!

The room was overall clean, there was either mold or dust above the bathroom door. They have the refillable bottles of hygiene products and our lotion bottle was empty. There is no hand soap in the bathroom which I found disturbing. On a positive note, Jacob at check in was super friendly and accommodating.

We had to extend our stay an additional day and requested it at check-in. Foune ourselves locked out of the room because Front Desk (Josh) neglected to inform us that we would need to re-check in the next day. As a result, we were locked us out of the room.

I usually do not give reviews but this one needs to be read. This place is filthy. And the price they charged is outrageous for the quality of the hotel. Toilet clogged. AC moldy causing me severe asthma. The shower head was dirty with soap scum. The bed sheet had a dried booger on it. I cannot believe what I experienced. I booked a two night stay and checked out early the next morning because I was not going to go through another sleepless night coughing the night away. Stay away from this hotel.

This property is far below the standards of Hilton properties. I've been a Hilton Honors member for nearly 20 years and this is the dirtiest property I've stayed in. There is mold all along the caulking in the shower and down the sides of the tub to the floor. I would not stay at this property ever again.

There was dried blood on the stand where the tv was, the toilet kept running loudly all night and then it was clogged. And the shower kept dripping

I was in town for a medical emergency with my daughter. While making my reservation I inadvertently booked for Sunday Oct 13th versus Saturday October 12th. Expedia spoke to the agent on duty who stated that there was nothing that she could but the manager would be in on Monday. Given the circumstances I am requesting a voucher for a free night by Hampton as the room was not used and these were stressful circumstances.
