Comfort Inn Phoenix Central City

Couldn’t sleep too well. Didn't realize it was so close to the freeway. Traffic too loud at all hours of the night.

Furniture was stain and torn, bed sheets & towels were threadbare. Expedia said there would be $75 deposit taken at time of check-in. The morning I was scheduled to check out a whole day room charge was put on my card ($191.36). I had already paid in full for my stay at check-in. When I inquired at front desk when I was checking out, I was told it was just a "hold" and would come off 2-3 days (it has been 3 days charge still not removed). I understand that sometime these things happen, but the person at front desk was very rude & short with me. I will never go back to this hotel.

One word: cockroaches. The hotel appears to be clean but when I opened the bedside table to get the TV channel guide, two cockroaches were in there.

Make the facility more inviting. Brighten it up. All brown and depressing.

Man the guy that was working the first couple of days was super friendly and nice.hotel was clean second time we have stayed there.

I really hate having anything negative to say cause I really liked the location from the fairgrounds we stayed there last yr it's clean and ez to get too. But our bed sucked by far the most wore out uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep on ever. I spent 30 years sleeping on the ground 200 plus nights a yr .that bed made me wish I had my bedroll and a tent again .I almost tried the floor to see if it was better. Thank God for pain pills .

Roach hotel ! Disgusting AF

Breakfast was adequate. Location was very good for the event we planned on attending.

The bathroom sink water economizer sprayed over the bowl and onto the person when washing hands or just using the water.
