Comfort Inn Phoenix Central City

My room had roaches and roach poop. I also couldnt really shower because i had to get help to turn the water on and off in my room. First night the night manager helped me get the water on and off. After that i didnt tey and showered at my office instead. My sheets had cigarette burns in them and the pillows were terrible. The chase lounge was filthy. If i could post pictures here i would but there is no option for pictures.

The service was the worst very bad had charges on my card that didnt even ha e to be there charged me 2 times and said to talk to bank about it very very very rood front desk service couldnt even use the pool because like he said didnt want to have not even any drops of water from pool on the floor

They try to get me a uncleaned room twice so I decided to cancel my reservation

Only stayed over one night. Breakfast was terrible but the facilities were clean and the staff was friendly.

I mainly look for parking for my truck and trailer while i get some rest. This had ample parking.

Pillow cases were dirty, room did not smell clean.
