DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco Airport

Nice hotel with a shuttle to and from the airport. Really nice staff. Walls are very thin. We could hear everything happening in the hallway, next room, outside etc.

Perfect spot to stay the night before our flight! Shuttle was on time and around the clock so a3:30am departure was no problem.

The room was great but a microwave in the room would have been a terrific benefit. At $20 to rent one we decided to pass.

My husband and I did a park and fly stay at this hotel. The first night stay was great and the shuttle service took us to the airport early the next morning. When we returned 10 days later it was a different story. We had to wait a long time to check in as the lobby was full of airline employees all checking in. The hotel staff ignored us, didn’t apologize for the long wait and didn’t say they’d be with us as soon as they could. They seemed disorganized in handling the situation. We were given a much less desirable room than the first time where the airplane noise was extremely overwhelming. The bathtub faucet dripped constantly, however the manager said he didn’t care about the drip but would send an engineer to fix it only for our convenience. He refused to give us a different room because we had touched things in it and he’d have to have it cleaned. We were very disappointed in being treated with a lack of respect and won’t stay here again.

Thought it was complimentary. Wasn’t.
