DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco Airport

All was very nice. Clean rooms comfortable beds. Great location.

Smoke rooms asked for mon smoking some one had smoked either the last tenant or the house keeping

Need a clean, comfortable, safe hotel before or after SFO? Don’t hesitate to book a room at this Doubletree. Clean (bathroom and bedroom were spotless); climate control works fine and quietly; bed was firm and plush with stellar linens; room locks, lighting, and staff mad one feel at ease. While free shuttle had comfortable seats, the shades rattled loudly (felt for the driver). Restaurant had the best fish tacos (daily catch) and a decent by-the-glass wine list. You can pass on the breakfast sandwich, but don’t miss the yoghurt with fresh fruit. I asked for honey in the side and it was perfect. Best of all: the staff. They’re wonderful and anticipate needs. I wish I had caught names as, from the restaurant to the front desk, these are people I would hire….and look forward to staying with again.

Clean, friendly, airport shuttle

It was unclear about the breakfast being included or not. I believe it would have been helpful at the time of check in to be notified that breakfast is not included with stay.

Great location, comfortable room, quiet

Bummed that no restaurant options were nearby, so we had to eat and drink at the hotel..$$$$$$$!! (Especially the breakfast….i had thought it would be complementary)

Good hotel close to the airport with shuttle service. Nice restaurant. We will stay again.

Excellent experience.

Stay was ok except people had large dogs in room few doors down barking all night and morning. Called front desk multiple times and yet barking continued. Mentioned at check out again the next morning and front desk said that it was strange, that dogs were not allowed on the property and asked if we had called down,and just said, "sorry" afterwards.
