Downtown Grand Las Vegas

This stray was amazing,,,, Me and my fiancé stayed on the 18th floor, it was very quiet , it was agreat location just down the street from the strip.

This place has become a ghost town. What was once a promising entertainment corridor has now become carcass. Gaming - shortened hours Hogs and heffers- closed Freedom beat - basically closed with exception of a grab and go from the bar. Doesn’t a casino by law have to have a 24 hour operating restaurant. Sidebar - condemned as the roof is caving in Triple George grill - unaffordable as prices have skyrocketed. Their powerlunch days are gone Ownership has failed to sell the place so why not just minimize the bleeding by closing / shortening hours of operation at all venue … horrible idea Service - non existent. Staffing levels are so low you can’t get a drink and your room never gets clean. This place once was promising bit ownership let it all slip away.

The check in was quick and easy, the free parking was convenient , the room was nice.. we had an issue in the room but was handled very quickly and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here a couple times now. Love staying here, great location, just walk dow stairs and your in fremont,awesome staff, nice clean rooms.

The hotel location is a plus. It is close to Fremont Street, which has a lot of activities to do. My husband and I really had a great time. We will definitely come back.

They were so amazing and helpful all the way. Accommodated us very polite room was clean atmosphere was excellent. I definitely will come back.

Had a great time at the grand! Lots to do, great atmosphere! The staff was great.. downtown is within a couple hundred feet, restaurants live entertainment. Had a great time.

The hotel facilities is not the best with the coffee shop not open in the afternoon, house keeping not cleaning the room and basic service levels. So if looking for high end accommodation this will not be the place.

Shower in bath room not working properly.water in casino bathroom not working. Casino server went down on last night and people playing machines had to wait 4 hours to get paid. Won't go back
