We stayed at Indigo in downtown Dallas and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was clean, check-in was easy. The staff was ultra-friendly and helpful with every need we had. One in particular was the parking valet, a young man named Trung Nguyen, was particularly helpful - always smiling, very friendly, and gave my wife and I great advice on things to see in Dallas - and he always asked how we enjoyed it when we came back to the hotel for the day. I highly recommend the Indigo in downtown Dallas.

I highly recommend this hotel. I've stayed here before and staff are always friendly and helpful. Torian went the extra mile to help me figure out a billing issue with my office. The lobby is under renovation but it didnt impact my stay at all. My room was renovated and spotless. The location can't be beat!

It was a nice hotel and the staff are all nice and on top of things.

I didn’t like that they don’t have any vending machines or anywhere to buy things and in order to get something you have to leave and that means spending more money to get out the parking garage. I also think this place would be great if you add a pool it’s a nice place but it’s a little boring
