Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown by IHG

Great location, comfortable bed, fantastic air conditioning.

Poor water pressure, limited natural light, some low quality workmanship on room finishes. Paint etc.

Trying Nguyen the valet driver was great! Staff at check in were also friendly and great!

I've stayed here twice for work, and both times interacted with Dora and Torian and they've been absolute gems to the experience of being here despite all the ongoing construction. The first time I stayed here I was surprised by the construction, the second time I chose to come back because I knew the staff was great.

The gentleman named Torian was very hospitable & helped me get settled in. He had great customer service.
