The Bell at Stow

It was a lovely stay but needs to be clearer that the Bell accommodation is the pub and Stuart House is up the hill c100metres away. The room was clean and very quaint. It was up a very narrow steep staircase - only a few steps it still quite steep. Staff nice and friendly and good breakfast in the pub!

Great property, although the glass of the bathroom door is a bit see through, no problem if you go with a partner but otherwise seems uncomfortable. But it is greatly recommended

Good location, good food, friendly staff

Nice country pub but very nosy stay. You could hear every conversation from downstairs in the bar - thankfully it went quiet at 11.15pm

BOOKED FOR THE BELL AT STOW, but room was in Stuart House which was uphill from the BELL making you feel you had no part in the place you had booked, also stairs were very steep with no warning of this and not made clear how far from BELL your room was.

We had a wonderful time in Stow on the Wold at The Bell. The rooms were adorable and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were ver friendly and accommodating.
