The property is a renovated building it looks nice. Everything is new and clean.

Called multiple times to the front desk and housekeeping no answer never received towels nor was there a shower curtain in the bathroom

My room never was cleaned after my first night. Trash was left in the trash cans. Also I asked for towels and was told they didn't have extra.

Don’t leave anything behind. Housekeeping is crooked and will steal your stuff. I knew for a fact I left something behind plugged in below the television. Called a 2 hrs after I checked out that morning. Housekeeping said it wasn’t there. Yea right! Enjoy, but remember karma always comes back!

Had to wait to check in my room, wasn’t any available. Paid extra for my reservation to get breakfast front desk couldn’t explain how the breakfast ticket worked. The only plug in the bathroom has a short so couldn’t blow dry hair for more than 3 seconds at a time. Shower door was hard to slide. Just expected better from Sheraton

The lady (didnt get her name though I wish I wouldve, bc she deserves a shout out) who checked us in saw we probably needed more beds than just the 1 king bed we had reserved and offered to switch us to a 2 queen room! The initiative she took to ensure we were comfortable was beyond appreciated! She also actually conversed with us like we were 1 of her personal "guests", NOT just another "customer"! After, the long day of travel we had, we were grateful for this warm, caring, and friendly demeanor. On the flip side the room was dirty. Floors turned the bottoms of our white socks literally black after walking on them, for even an hour! Shower floor dirty and had black hairs all over it! It looked like the only "cleaning" the housekeepers did after the last customer was changing linens! Which linens brings me to yet another problem....the room only had 3 towels! For 3 adults and 1 child to shower. I asked multiple times for more towels! Never got them! So finally after asking 3 times and waiting 2 hours I had to walk around hotel to find a housekeeper, NEVER found 1. Which was not surprising considering the lack of cleanliness in the rooms!
