As a Lifetime Titanium Elite I’m in Marriotts almost every week. Several weeks I booked a King room at this hotel. When I checked in today I was told they were oversold and only had 2 queens. When I asked how was that possible they just kept saying it was the system’s fault. Zero accountability. When I called the Titanium desk the supervisor said they control the system and it was their fault. You have far better options than this.

Staff could not have been more welcoming. The room was excellent, clean, and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was good and well priced. It felt quiet and safe. No complaints at all.

Staff was professional and friendly my room was clean. My only complaint is the rainfall shower. I don’t like them unless they have a separate nozzle to use

The room I was in was just the way I like very clean.

Micah checked me in and made sure I got my request. This is my home away from home and they make you feel like family.

Hotel was nice. Check in was 1500. We arrived at 1600 and had to wait as the room was not ready
