New York-New York Hotel & Casino

We use to love this place, so my wife and I came here for our anniversary. The rooms are very outdated, the sheets are cheap and no extra anything. Not even a bottled water by your bed. The slot machines are unplayable. We have been coming here for years and the last 2 times I realize why we shouldn't.

Great location, close to many attractions. Friendly and helpful staff, nice size rooms. Clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom could use a little more attention (I didn't appreciate trash left by another guest under the sink (on a floor, clearly not cleaned up by the staff), dark hair in the bathtub and two dirty washcloths on the shower curtain rod). I was on 32nd floor, so my room was very quiet.

Location was perfect. Rooms were clean and spacious. Valet was the best we experienced out of multiple hotels during our week stay.

Nice clean rooms, lots of things to do, good restaurants (good fish and chips at Nine Fone Irishmen). Great location by TMobile Arena.

Hotel is decent and good location for a decent rate. Try to avoid staying at the roller coaster side because you can hear it and also people scream till 12am

Bathrooms need to be brought into the 21st Century. Overall, hotel feels really dated, elevators included. Friendly staff, though.

We usually stay in the Century towers this time we stayed in the New yorker Towers the Elevators were awful they need a SERIOUS overhaul the lights in some stayed lit some would not even light up they only had about 4 that were even operating

I asked for two days for a mini fridge for my mother’s medicine. I asked four times and each time they would say “so sorry we will bring one up right away.” It never came and I struggled all weekend to keep her medicine cold. Super bummed. I also didn’t get the good credit I was promised and the only reason why I booked because I loved the promotion that was given.

Excellent well kept rooms with good gambling options including hybrid table / touchscreen games for craps and roulette.

Great experience everytime I stay at the New York New York hotel!!! MGM rewards program is the best! I gamble, eat good and I sleep good!
