New York-New York Hotel & Casino

A total and complete disaster. One of the worst hotels in the history of hotels maybe ever. The hotel staff has one job and this is to give your a keycard to hotel and they couldn't even do that

We had a great time. Plenty of good food options. Clean rooms and exceptionally friendly and helpful Associates. We would go again!

Rooms were very nice and clean. Beds were comfy. Very easy to check in/out all digital and lots of great restaurant options downstairs!

Very nice stay for five days at the hotel and casino. Staff and facilities were great. Will definitely stay here again. The show mad apple was also very good. The cleaning staff was very good.

Long check in time. Was not happy. Finally had to go ask for a room after 45 minutes. Didn’t get put by friends as requested.

First time staying at new york new york! Hotel clean and staff friendly. Ate at Greenberg deli food was excellent and fast. Service at gaming tables was quick considering the amount of people there. Loved the atmosphere. The decor makes you feel like you are in New York

Hotel was great. Had good restaurants and excellent location for venues we went to Also had time to visit relatives and do some shopping

Great restaurants. Great vibe. Wonderful staff. Even some rooms look like small NYC apartments. But would still stay here! Great proximity to Park MGM, Excalibur and MGM Grand!

Never been treated so poorly by NY NY staff ever in my life. Will go to Cesar’s Entertainment property’s from now on. Phone & safe in room didn’t work. No dresser drawers for clothes. Security was arrogant & argumentative .

We usually do not stay at the MGM budget properties but decided to give this a go because it was a short stay and we received better comps. Unfortunately, the day we left, it was chaotic and I left my phone behind. They found the phone, which I am grateful for. However: On Tuesday, December 2, I paid $90 through Chargerback to have my lost item “rushed” back to me. On Wednesday, December 3, the Lost and Found did not ship it. On Thursday, December 4, the Lost and Found did not ship it. On Friday, December 5, the Lost and Found did not ship it. On Saturday, December 6, I called The Lost and Found. The gentleman working told me he was looking right at my phone. I asked if he could ship it, and he said he would send it that day. On Sunday, December 7, I still had not received a tracking number. I called again. The woman there said it was still in the Lost and Found and assured me should personally ship it the next day. On Monday evening, December 8, I still had not received a tracking number. I called again. I was told that the person in the daytime had not shipped it as promised. I asked the worker why she hadn’t shipped it now that she was working, and she replied that she only had been there two hours. It was then I wrote Chargerback and asked them to intervene. Only after Chargerback contacted NYNY did I get any kind of positive response from Lost and Found. Meanwhile, I could get into my work account using 2FA without calling IT every day like a weirdo, among other issues. Which I kept telling Lost and Found when I pleaded with them to send my phone back all week. Finally, on Wednesday, December 10, I now have a tracking number for my phone which will arrive 10 full days after it was left at New York New York. My advice is make SURE you don't leave anything at NYNY because you will not see it again for a long time.
