New York-New York Hotel & Casino

Tried to check in at 4:30 PM and were told rooms weren't ready but would be within 30 minutes. came back at 5:30 and told nothing yet but didn't know why. Came back at 7PM and was told we could get rooms immediately if we paid $30/night/room or we'd have to wait. dealt with a manager after that and got three rooms that were not near each other but were magically ready. then got offered $105 credit to spend on other stuff at their property for having to wait (after i asked for it). total scam and will not return.

Our check in experience was flawless. The rooms and hotel was clean, comfortable, cozy, and even won a little bit. Great Food!

Hotel is located at South end of strip. Hotel was clean. Request room away from rollercoaster, because it runs until midnight. Also, request a refrigerator because they are not in all rooms. Plenty of options for food in this hotel.

Our trip start on Sunday and ended on Saturday so we had a mix of weekend and weekdays. Each day we found fun things to do. The prices for food were very high, but there are some lower cost food options nearby.

Me and my significant other enjoying ourselves in the casino. As well as the restaurants that we attended while we stayed at the hotel.

Had a good stay overall, They had no security at the elevators and a CALL GIRL was persistent and got on the elevator with me, she would not give up until I pushed the lobby button and was going to report her! The hotel is becoming dated but is mostly clean! The American restaurant has good basic dinner type food and great service!

Just a great place to get away as a couple. We love staying here on the strip and being walking distance of so many great places

We love NYNY for the great variety of restaurants, clean rooms, variety of games, and friendly staff. It’s also in a great location with so much to offer around it. We have stayed here the last few times and will stay here again! Just wish the games would pay out better:)

This is the second time staying at New York - New York in Vegas. The hotel is a great location on the strip. It has an arcade upstairs, a city like food area with great food. My room was clean, functional, and quiet. The staff was very helpful. The hotel had everything we needed for our stay.

Room nice, bathroom old... Resorts fees are about 90% of why people are hating on vegas... uou guys crossed a line ten times over...
