The New York New York is an great place to stay. The food is excellent! The staff is always nice and friendly Thank you very much for a great week.

Charging resort fees due at check-in is ridiculous. I didn't use any amenities during my stay and it's not even pool season to top it off. Host and manager said they couldn't do anything about the fees. Never going back!

Great experience, no concerns. Loved the camaraderie from everyone. Safe and sound. Love the vicinity to all locations.

Great central location with everything you need. Music, bars, restaurants, and other entertainment are right there in the immediate area. Red Rock was beautiful and a must see.

Very updated lots of choices and the atmosphere was great! The staff was very friend and helpful. I enjoyed looking at all the pictures on the walls and seeing the skyline!!

Great location and amenities on site and plenty to do within a short walk. We had a great time at Tom's Watch Bar. The gaming tables were reasonably priced and not overly crowded.

Okay stay for the price. Not sure I’d stay there again unless it was non-smoking and all accommodations were working properly.

Staff at check in and out were not helpful. The staff at the mgm desk were rude. There were no perks or promo and we stayed almost a week. After my husband and I spent thousands of dollars in the slots we only got 20$ to use at the restaurant.

Hotel itself is nice and reasonably priced, but their new check in process with all the "check in yourself" kiosks is messy, confusing, time consuming and inconvenient because many people end up needing help from a human being. It took the hotel a hotel of around 2 hours to get us our 2 rooms, and that was after 3pm check in time.

We checked in online and were assigned to a different room than we reserved. We did not find this out until we arrived at the room. After a 30 minute wait at the front desk (at 1:00am), I then found out that the room we reserved (with two double beds, as opposed to one king) was not available, which is simply unacceptable, since we reserved a room with two beds. However, the desk clerk did offer us a spring loaded cot. After further inquiry, I was able to convince her to look for a new room for the next day of our stay. The next morning I waited in line again to see if a new room was available. They said they would still not know if the room we reserved was going to be available and would call us. Later that day they did call, and I was send back to the hotel to wait in line again to get our new room key. This was quite an effort to just get the room we reserved. The rooms and bathrooms are mostly updated, spacious, and clean, just a very long walk from the elevator. Additionally, there are not amenities offered, like other hotels, like free coffee, refrigerator, breakfast, pool, exercise, bell service, or room service. Instead, there is coffee available in the lobby for $8, which is not only overpriced, but outright price-gauged, and should be illegal!
