Overall an amazing experience and would highly recommend. All the restaurants were delicious. The coffee stand Greenwich inside the cobble stone area is so much better than the Starbucks and way better priced. The crepes place was absolutely amazing from the food to the staff it was a great experience.

We stayed at New York-New York Hotel & Casino in October, in a newly refurbished Premium Room, and were really happy with our stay. The room was exceptionally large, very clean, and felt modern. We had a great view of the rollercoaster with no noise. . For the price we paid, it felt like excellent value for money. The hotel itself is smaller and much more manageable than many of the mega-resorts on the Strip, which we actually appreciated. It does have its own pool, but this was closed for the season during our stay. However, we were able to use the MGM Grand pool complex, which is connected to the hotel, and this more than made up for it. The MGM pools were excellent — warm water, plenty of sunbeds, great service, and decent food options. Food choices within New York-New York are more limited than at some other Strip hotels, but perfectly fine for breakfast, with a Starbucks and two other early-opening options available. The location is very good, positioned right at the end of the main Strip action, with an easy walk to Bellagio, Paris, and The Cosmopolitan. Overall, a great stay and excellent value, and we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful experience, had not stayed at this property for many years. The rooms have been remodeled and are beautiful. Housekeeping staff were very polite, helpful and provided excellent service. We will definitely be back.

The room is way too dark. There are not enough lights. Just bedside lights. Need at least one floor standing light. Room size is about average.

I am writing to express my extreme concern regarding the presence of dogs in restricted public areas and guest rooms throughout your property. During my recent visit, I observed dogs sitting at the bar and adjacent to slot machines on the casino floor. While I understand that New York-New York offers dog-friendly accommodations, your own official policy states that pets are prohibited from food and beverage outlets and the casino floor, yet this was clearly not being enforced by security or floor staff. This is a significant health and safety issue for guests like myself who suffer from severe allergies. I have a medical diagnosis and a doctor’s note confirming that I am highly allergic to both cats and dogs. Unlike temporary irritants, pet dander is a microscopic protein that clings to carpets, upholstery, and ventilation systems, remaining active for months or even years despite standard deep cleaning. For a guest with my condition, entering a room or sitting at a bar where an animal has recently been is not just an inconvenience—it is a trigger for a serious respiratory reaction. The current "pet-friendly" approach, where animals appear to be allowed in any room and throughout the gaming floor, essentially makes your hotel inaccessible to those with severe allergies. I strongly urge the management to reconsider its room allocation strategy. Most major hotels maintain dedicated "pet-free" floors or wings to ensure that dander does not cross-contaminate every guest room. Implementing designated pet zones would allow you to accommodate service animals and their owners without compromising the health of guests with medical disabilities. I would appreciate a response regarding how you plan to better enforce your existing "no-pets-on-floor" policy and whether you intend to establish permanent pet-free floors for the safety of all guests. I brought up my concerns to the staff at the front desk, and even asked for a manager, and all of them said that anybody with a pet can stay in any room in the hotel. After having stayed in your hotel my previous six trips to Vegas, I'm going to be forced to find somewhere more tolerant of my health issues. Segregating 1-2 floors for service animals and restricting all pets from your building would do wonders for the health concerns of guests like me.

Liked the room and location. But you have to walk through a smelly smoke filled casino to get to your room. Stay at the Park MGM next door if you want a smoke free environment.

We stay there at least 5-7 times a year we love New York New York!! It's close to T-Mobile and to the stadium and it works out perfect for us because we usually are in town for the #Ufc or the NFL. Please Keep up the great work guys!!

New York New York is a great option for a budget friendly hotel. Great decor. great theme. great amenities. good casino. Good location.

Nice place with a great location that makes everything easily accessible, and the staff were truly wonderful—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.
