I come here all the time when my family comes to visit. We always make a trip to one certain gift shop because the amazing hospitality Mariquita shows us. She is always so positive and kind! Her customer service is top tier, we always want to come back! She is amazing ! She is in the retail department.

Melinda at New York-New York MGM provided outstanding customer service. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire interaction. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and made me feel truly valued as a guest. Melinda is a true asset to the MGM brand.

Horrible experience. I would NEVER go here again. My first and my last time. Room is ok. Front desk is horrible. They do not accommodate if you have an emergency or anything. Not to worry. You won't ever see me at your hotel again.

Love the Food Court with a variety of foods, love the dueling piano bar, the rooms are great! The roller coasters is great fun too. If you are Lucky you may even win some money on the tables but remember they don’t build $1 billion hotels with winners money.

Able to check in and check out with mobile app which was so helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The many restaurants were easily accessible and had a variety of different menus to choose from. Great place to stay.

The New York New York is perfectly located so that you can go to any of the surrounding casinos walking distance

Beautiful hotel! Nice comfortable room with no funky smells and close proximity to everything you need. Helps that you can park at any MGM hotel with room key. Amazing stay and would definitely recommend!

Cons: Pool hours and seasonal closure. Vegas is warm in the winter and a frequent getaway for people in colder climates like myself and my family. It's silly for the pools to be closed. At least have the hot tubs open. Pros: Great location, fun atmosphere, nice rooms. Great for families! My kids have always loved the Hello Kitty Cafe and Shake Shack downstairs. The America restaurant is always delicious!

My experience was absolutely amazing. The casino has a great vibe, and the surrounding areas look incredible. The room décor was beautiful, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The water pressure and temperature were perfect. I would definitely book at New York–New York again.

New York - New York Hotel & Casino was a great place to enjoy a New Years trip. Nice large King size rooms. Comfy bed and a large TV and bathroom. The NY-theme decor is fun. They honored our quiet room request with rooms far from the elevator and ice machines. Plus, one away from the roller coaster side. The front desk was nice at check in. Other staff tried to push us to check in using the automated system. But if you do that in the hotel or online before you arrive, you're assigned a room by random and they can't honor any requests like a human. New Years prices are expensive, but I got a MGM Rewards discount. The casino was nice too. Although the sports book isn't particularly nice. There's lots of restaurants on site and a couple of food courts. Il Fornaio and Gallager's offered great upscale meals. America was good for breakfast every day. I enjoyed the bars. Fun, but nothing special.
