"Very Good Stay, But EV Charging Fee Should Be Disclosed"

We had a very good stay at the Waterfront Beach Resort. The property is well-maintained, the location is excellent, and breakfast was particularly good. The one issue was the EV charging fee. I requested valet charging and later found a flat $25 EV charging charge on my folio. I was not told about the fee when requesting the service, and it appears to apply the same whether the car is plugged in for 10 minutes or 10 hours. I reached out after the stay by both email and text to ask about the charge, but have not received any response since March. Overall, this was a good stay, but the hotel should be more transparent with fees like this one and respond when guests raise billing questions.

"Amazing stay!"

Great location. Great staff(everyone is nice). Great family property(my grand daughter loved the water slide). I love that there are so many great restaurants nearby. The rooms are angled so you have an ocean view from every room. The valet is top notch(worth the $50 a night). If you’re looking for a relaxing, problem-free vacation, this is the spot!👍🏽 Can’t wait to come back!

"A great beach getaway"

I haven't been here for years. Still a great resort. Roof top bar is nice to watch the sun set but can get noisy. Had a drink and opted for Henry's for dinner. Glad I did. Great wine selection and food. Nice sitting outside with a heater. Jay was an exceptional server. Just had a glitch getting my car. Even though I received text messages it was coming up, apparently it never got uploaded. Eddie noticed I was waiting a while and got it for me. Still, great beach location, great for families and pets.
