Location and all the amenities

Being harassed every time we went to the pool by little kids asking us for our Security bracelets. There was also a security guard giving my 12-year-old daughter a hard time for not having her bracelet, but we were staying at the hotel. There was four of us. It was quite aggressive. I’m sorry that people break into your pool area but you should not take it out on all your customers.

"Spring Break Trip"

Customer service and parking attendants were great upon checking in. I could do without the $50/day parking charge, but welcome to California! Great view of the ocean from our room. Very nice pool areas! Walkable to the pier, shopping, and downtown area. The rooms were meh, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

"Perfect family getaway"

We loved our stay here. We brought the kids for spring break and they never left the pool. My husband and I got to enjoy, soaking up the sun and ordering beverages and appetizers from our lounge chair at Cabo Wabo. The property was so clean. The staff were so accommodating and kind. Everybody there was so happy. Room service was very quick when we needed more towels. They were at our room within five minutes and honestly, we did not want to leave.
