We have stayed at many Hilton properties over the years, and while several visits have become favorites for our family, one stay that will always remain especially memorable was our visit at The Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort. My family has spent a long time navigating the process of completing paperwork to gain residency in the United States. Recently, after a long and emotional wait, a family member was finally granted approval. To celebrate such a meaningful milestone, we chose to visit your resort for her first ever night stay in the United States. When we shared our story with your team, we were truly touched by the kindness and care they showed us. To our surprise, they went above and beyond to make our stay incredibly special. Not only was my family warmly accommodated, but our room was thoughtfully decorated with American flags and wonderful goodies to celebrate the occasion. Your staff made my family feel special, welcomed, and most importantly, seen. The level of hospitality and genuine compassion shown during our visit created a memory we will never forget. Thank you to Itzya, Jasmine and Damian an the entire WaterFront Beach Resort team. I would especially like to thank Itzya for being so kind, patient, and attentive. You treated my family with so much compassion and respect, and that level of hospitality is something we will always remember.

My third time staying at The Waterfront and the experience just gets better each time! Not only a fantastic view but exemplary staff, exquisite dining, and gorgeous rooms. Aaron on the valet team went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Celina in banquets and Kiki in conferences are just incredible and always make sure we shine to our guests at our conference. Looking forward to our next trip!

I really liked this hotel. The service is on top of things and friendly, often asking to go the extra mile such as offering to combine my multiple Hilton accounts and noticing my do not disturb and double checking I didn’t want housecleaning. The hotel has nice pools and easy access to the beach, though I wish there wasn’t a highway to cross. Luckily there are cross walks. Would come again!
