Liked the pool, waterslides, restaurant options, and location. I appreciated that the conciere held our luggage until our room was ready and then until we were ready to leave later.

I would have liked there to be more lounge chairs and for it to be quieter in the pool area. I would have appreciated free parking and more value for our money.

Our room was great size for 5 people. we had a beautiful view of the ocean.

That you let outsiders in the pool grounds so wrist bands are limited for paying guests.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Property is in ideal location and is a super fun resort.

The rates are pricey and then food and drinks are outrageously expensive.

Everything’s super clean the staff is super friendly. The pools are great. The game area is great and you’re literally across the street from the beach.

We had a very good stay at the Waterfront Beach Resort. The property is well-maintained, the location is excellent, and breakfast was particularly good. The one issue was the EV charging fee. I requested valet charging and later found a flat $25 EV charging charge on my folio. I was not told about the fee when requesting the service, and it appears to apply the same whether the car is plugged in for 10 minutes or 10 hours. I reached out after the stay by both email and text to ask about the charge, but have not received any response since March. Overall, this was a good stay, but the hotel should be more transparent with fees like this one and respond when guests raise billing questions.
