The Waterfront Beach Resort, A Hilton Hotel

Staff was attentive and kind. Special shout out to Leer (Bar Director) who was making sure the pool bar was flowing smoothly. Also want to acknowledge Antonio who was attending the gate at the pool. I managed people my whole career and it’s rare to see a young man with the poise and dedication to his job. He was courteous and attentive the entire day. He made sure to open the gate when coming and going and a friendly hello or goodbye. That is to be commended!!

I absolutely loved this place. My kids and I had a wonderfully relaxing fun time! Perfect location and the amenities are so good!

Close to beach and activities

Rooms need more outlets. They are a bit dated and worn but clean and comfortable.

The location of the hotel is great, room was clean, common areas are clean.

The resort and valet fees are ridiculous. The pools were also insanely crowded and chairs were unavailable.

We have been staying at the Waterfront Hilton for close to 20 years. Joseph Boyer and his staff constantly go over and above to make our stay enjoyable. I appreciate everyone at the Waterfront.

Beautiful hotel and perfect location! The view from our balcony was stunning! A short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The pool was gorgeous and fun for our kids! Valet service was quick and Matt S. went above and beyond for us- offering to load our luggage and gave us water bottles for the road!

Neil with the valet service was wonderfully kind and complimented my hanging succulent which was very nice!

Location was convenient and ideal to appreciate the beach.

The Huntington Tower is looking more worn. For such a large hotel, there should be a better elevator set up. Long waits.

Rude Staff, Horrible customer service and non satisfactory experience. From the moment we arrived, we have realized what an unprofessional service we would be experiencing. I had clearly requested a top floor room with ocean view by the time of booking, and they not only didn't honor the top floor neither the full ocean view. The most part of my disappointment was that they didn't bothered themselves to even apologize. There was no shampoo, shower gel and conditioner available until the next afternoon. Restroom had no fan. there was no trash bags available. We asked the service desk for the hygiene stuff the evening we arrived and they provided us the next afternoon after asking several times. Each hotel has a designated area for smokers and unfortunately this so called "Luxury" Hotel/Resort as big as a block didn't have an area for smoking. We were not the only smoker in the Hotel, there were lots of other smokers too and they all have to go on the street to smoke. We have paid the same price what all other guests have paid; however, didn't receive the same service like the others. We were not even allowed to check out the roof top lounge as a hotel guest to decide weather we would like to sit there or not. The lounge front desk didn't let us just because we didn't have a reservation. It was the worse experience we ever had in a trip, specially on my Birthday.
