Welcoming staff. They went overboard to make our 50th Anniversary extra special! Old world charm. We are here to serve you attitudes. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice!

Cannot say there is anything to dislike. It is located next to the train station which means some level of noise, but that is easily dealt with using ear plugs. We liked that the door could be opened but when the taxi drivers by the station were smoking we had to close it!

we stayed in the villa, upstairs. A 75 year old man should not be expected to carry 2 heavy cases up steep narrow stairs. In addition there ought to be an exit from the hotel onto the level in the garden, so that when you go from reception to the villa you do not have to leave the hotel, walk up thr street, and climb steps in the garden with heavy cases.
