Room was too warm. No air conditioning. Was so uncomfortable due to warm air, therefore no sleep. We arrived at 1.30am in the morning due to flight delay. We paid £160 for one night stay. There was no tea/coffee facilities in our room. Breakfast finished at 10am. Due to lack of sleep and late arrival we went down for breakfast at 09.45am. The staff were already vacating the breakfast room. We were really disappointed.
