Really handy location in a nice old building. The entry is impressive and the building is very 1900s in a good way. Amundsen was here too - a little while ago!

Breakfast was ok - but a bit of a scrum on busy days - clearly this hotel is used by big tour parties, but otherwise this wasn’t an issue.

Hotel met authentiek karakter met een zeer geslaagde renovatie. Je ziet dat er veel aandacht werd besteed aan het interieur wat ervoor zorgt dat de ervaring top is. We verbleven in het landhuis ernaast met heel mooie kamers.

Helaas hadden wij een kamer op de hoek van een nogal drukke straat. Maar dat heb je als je in een stad wenst te blijven.

Incredibly comfortable, with accommodating and helpful staff. Great location close to the station and Sentrum. Breakfast was also great!

I am writing to formally request a full refund of $396 for my stay from May 25–27, 2026 at Grand Hotel Terminus, Our experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standard advertised by your site. We were placed outside the property in a separate “villa” building, which was never disclosed at the time of booking. The room we were given was: Extremely small and uncomfortable Equipped with a very small washroom Not representative of the room type or quality shown during booking Noisy and inconvenient, resulting in two nights of poor sleep A clear downgrade from what we paid for This caused significant inconvenience and made the stay feel like a complete waste of money. The accommodation provided did not match the description, photos, or expectations set by your listing. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund of the amount paid ($396). Please confirm the refund at your earliest convenience. I look forward to your prompt response
