"Mediocre at best"

6.0

We were in the marina building. The room was clean and had what we needed, but just seemed mediocre. Nothing really Hilton “special”. Staff was very nice and helpful. The elevators in the main building are a nightmare. I waited over 15 minutes for an elevator to go up one floor to the fitness center. I would have taken the staff, but there wasn’t access to it on that floor. The fitness center was missing 15# weights.

The view was nice

They gave me a room with a nasty blanket which we couldn't see unless the light hit it. So we didsee this until the morning we woke up to check out. Just Awful I will never stay here again . Nor will I recommend.

"Ronnie is a top notch Hilton employee"

10.0

We got day passes to waste a day while we had to check out of our Airbnb but our flights weren’t until later. The pool deck vibes were the best of the entire trip and Ronnie topped them off. He is super friendly and helpful. We will be coming back to this location for the food, drinks, music and people. Thank you Ronnie and Hilton!

"Poor Hotel & Poor Service"

2.0

Easily one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced. The bathrooms and general state of maintenance need serious attention. I had two rooms. My room didn't even have a shower curtain when I arrived, nor did it have any washcloths. There was no extra toilet paper in the room, either. The railing & glass outside my sliding door (looking out towards the ocean) are in need of repair / replacement. In one of my rooms, the ceiling started leaking what seemed to be sewage on the last day there. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, there was NO apology given. They removed the resort fee from that room and apparently were going to apply some points to my account, but that is a small effort to make for sewage creating a health and safety hazard for hotel guests. In general the staff were not good. I called down from my room to the front desk several times during my stay, and the phone was never answered. On one day, I went down to the front desk three different times to request more bath towels from housekeeping. This was over a 12-hour period. They finally were brought up late at night. Finally, my son, who is diabetic, uses insulin coolers to keep his insulin within operating temperature in hot climates (for instance, while on the beach). These coolers are about the size of a thermos and have small inserts (about half the size of a can of soda) that MUST be frozen to pass through airport security. Despite me explaining this to a staff member at the front desk the day before we were going to check out, I was told the hotel's policy is to not store anything for guests in a freezer (note that the small fridges in the hotel rooms have "freezer areas" but they're open to the fridge and the fridges barely work and they did not keep the inserts frozen). This is the first time in years of traveling with these insulin coolers that a hotel refused to allow us to put them in a hotel freezer. Most have been happy to do so without question. And this is likely a violation of federal ADA laws that require that hotels provide any "reasonable accommodation" for medical / health purposes. As such, I will also be reporting this hotel to the appropriate state and federal authorities.
