Jermaine was terrific. When you think customer service, he’s your man! Thank you for making our stay that much more enjoyable. Q and Ronnie from the front desk were great to work with as well. They helped correct an issue we had and appreciate their effort to turn things around. We will be back next year!

la habitacion era amplia, tenia cafetera y te daban sombrilla, reposeras y toallas para la playa

el desayuno solo estaba incluido para los niños. En teoria te daban unas botellas de agua y unas cookies en el check in, si no fuese por la persona q se encargaba de las maletas no lo recibiamos. Es una cuestion menor, pero por el precio de la noche del hotel uno le pone el foco a esto. tuvimos que llamar para que vengan a ver pues no salia el agua caliente, por otro lado el agua q se usaba en el inodoro tenia un color bastante feo.

Had a great pre-cruise experience. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Ashley at the front desk was super helpful in getting us situated for our checkout and printing our luggage tags for the cruise. Brian and Jose over at the roof top pool bar were amazing and gave us a great relaxing day by the pool. I recommend this place if you need some relaxation with the family.

"Bahia bliss"

Check in the a breeze with Ruth who explained all the amenities with a smile. Although the lobby was a bit crowded she never seemed overwhelmed. The baristas to the right of the lobby made a fantastic cappuccino and at the bar we enjoyed the rum punches. Hotel was very clean and a close walk to the beach.
