"VERY DISSATISFIED TERRIBLE ROOM"

I reserved a Marina View room and this was a mistake. My check out is sunday The room does not even have a marina view. The room is updated, old building. It is very disappointing. The hotel should indicate this is old building so the customer would understand what is getting. No mention.

Close to the beach. Amenities and items for resort fee.

The marina view section of the hotel is older and not conveniently connected to the main lobby. It is difficult to get Uber and the connected sky bridge is not accessible. Parking is very limited

"Smelled of mold and dirty."

The hotel was a huge disappointment. We booked the room according to the photos on the website which may have been accurate for the main, newer building but we were put in the old section which was disgusting. There were active leaks in the ceiling, broken shower faucet and dirty carpets. Smelled like mold. I’m giving a 2 rating only because the front desk did what the could to fix the problems but you can’t fix old and dirty overnight. Btw no other rooms were available.

Everything. Location location location! Right across from the beach! As busy as it was with spring break, the rooms were very clean and plenty of towels. Service was great! I would def stay here again and would recommend it!

There was a small little hiccup in the beginning but the staff was quick to fix it and offer to compensate.
