Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale Beach - DoubleTree by Hilton

My wife had a birthday on our vacation and Lisa at the front desk went out of her way to help me find a place to buy flowers and another staff member let me borrow a vase. They even wrote a nice happy birthday wish for her. The staff made her birthday experience very memorable and our trip was exceptional. Thank you Lisa and staff at Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale for a wonderful experience.

Rude staff, dirty halls and rooms in need of repair. Smelled terrible. Parking double the signage price

Muy limpio, desayuno buffet muy bueno y variado, personal amable , camas super comodas , duchas muy buenas . Muy cerca de la playa , restaurante con muy buen servicio y otros cercanos al hotel . Lindas vistas . Variedad de entretenimiento para tpdas las edades.

Piscina diminuta y con un olor muy penetrante a cloro . Parqueo extremadamente caro 55 dollars la noche aun haciendo autoparqueo y no usando el valet parking. Durante nuestra estancia hubo una fiesta nocturna de adolescentes en el salon de eventos , muy escandalosos y ocasionalmente conflictivos . Este evento molestaba a los huespedes .

The need was comfy and the location was excellent

The marina view building was old, noisy heater without working thermostat, slippery bath tub with a nozzle that was impossible to pull out, nobody answered the front desk or housekeeping, no coffee cups in the room and the bathroom door wouldn't latch

I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees, Ruth, for providing truly exceptional customer service during my recent check-in experience. I travel weekly for work as an electrical engineer, and as a Diamond member, I spend a significant amount of time in hotels all across the country. Because of that, I’ve had more hospitality experiences than I can count both good and bad…so I do not take encounters like this lightly. Outstanding service stands out to me immediately, and Ruth absolutely delivered top-tier professionalism. From the moment I arrived, she was polite, welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. She made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable while maintaining a level of hospitality that honestly deserves recognition. In today’s world, great customer service can sometimes feel rare, but Ruth reminded me what true hospitality is supposed to look like. Side note* : I love how your property have customer of the day. I honestly don’t know if she was secretly trained by the Chick-fil-A customer service team or not, but her professionalism and attitude were definitely on that level. She represented your property extremely well and created an experience that left a lasting impression. Please make sure this recognition reaches both Ruth and her leadership team. Employees like her are a major reason guests continue choosing a hotel brand and remain loyal members. Experiences like this are truly appreciated. Near ocean

Room was not anything special. Kind of like staying at a Days Inn

Hotel was clean and the price was well worth it! Staff were excellent, and thank you to Tsiu and Lisa at the front desk; and the restaurant and bar staff - you made the stay even better! Access to the beach was perfect, lively shops and dining within walking distance, and great little perks for your resort fee makes this a hotel I would gladly rebook. Would have given 5 stars but our room smelled a little like mildew, that was the only negative.

Our parties stayed here the night before our cruise and two more nights after the cruise ended. Then our flights home were rescheduled from mid-afternoon to early evening. Dayu at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Despite it being a holiday weekend, she was able to provide complementary later checkout for two of the rooms, and we paid for even later checkout for the third room so we’d have a place to store our luggage and be able to enjoy one more day in Fort Lauderdale before heading home. Dayu was super helpful, friendly and accommodating! Thank you!

Good location. close to the beach. easy access to lots of shops, restaurant's, bars and entertainment.

tried to check in early, but could not get into the room until later. I understand that the check in wasn't until 4:00pm, but I wanted to get into the room sooner. The bellhop that took my suitcase until my room was ready was upset and acted rude cause I didn't offer to "tip" him ahead of time. I was offended and upset that he kept "hinting" that i needed to tip him before he would help me.
