"It's was fantastic"

Staff was very friendly, they make sure we gas every thing we need, breakfast was amazing , and yes breakfast is not free ,room was clean ..i would definitely recommend

The dj had to left early at pool and breakfast is not complimentary

My wife and I had such an amazing stay at this hotel. Wendy at the front desk was such a pleasure to work with at check in and with any extra requests we had during our stay. The view from the room was beautiful and the access to the beach and pool were great!! We will definitely be back.

"STOLEN LUGGAGE, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF"

My friends and I were at the Bahia Mar for only three hours and utilized their luggage storage. The staff was unfriendly and did not write our names on our luggage tags. In the short time we were there, a man entered the building and stole our friend's backpack containing his valuables and ID while it was being stored by staff. The staff would not help us and made many excuses about the number of guests at the resort that day, it being a Sunday, and inability to review their own security footage. I would doubt the safety of any guest here and will never be staying at a Hilton again.
