I called multiple times to check in early since I was driving across country and told np, with my son as witness. When I arrived they didn't have a room available yet and lady said I never called. I cancelled and booked somewhere else. They should have only taken one night as cancellation fee but took both and won't return my emails. The place is unfriendly and dirty in the lobby. I never had a room or entered a room and was out of there by 1pm on day of check in. Really don't recommend due to misinformation, attitudes, and scuzzy. Book somewhere else for friendly customer service and cleanliness. Cancellations happen but don't have to be unfriendly and a money grab. So basically they were able to get my full rate and rebook it because I never entered room and was before normal check-in time. Again really scuzzy from what I did see and went to Tru by Hilton around the corner.
