"Crappy at the least"

I liked the location of the hotel and that it was dog friendly

Everything. After an 8 hour day of traveling we got there at 5 pm thinking a room would be ready as it is every time you go to a hotel. They told us a room wasn’t clean yet and we needed to wait 45 minutes at least. So we left and burned time, we then came back and got “checked” in. Went up to the room and went to enter the room and found another couple staying in the room. I’d be pissed if I were them. So they informed us after laughing the situation off they didn’t fully check in the other couple which is why that happened. So they put us on the other side of the building and didn’t inform us there was no elevator. We had a dolly worth of stuff. (Fridge, portable batteries, duffle bags, food bags etc). We had to then wheel all that to the other side of the building and carry everything by hand up the two flights of stairs. The new room then didn’t have the triangle lock bolt at the top of the door, so if they did to us what they did to the other couple, someone could walk right in our room. That was very unsettling . Anyway, overall experience was crap and I’d never recommend this place to anyone

They had ran out of soap so we went and bought some from the nearby Walmart. Over 6 hours after we checked in, they brought the soap up to the room. No im sorry about that or anything. We told them we already bought soap at the nearby Walmart and they did not have any kind of remorse whatsoever.

Breakfast was awful!

The juices are watered down, no meat-bacon, sausage etc. The eggs were runny. Out of yogurt and muffins. Worst breakfast of anywhere I've stayed.
