Stayed on Father's Day evening after a long day of driving. Julie at the front desk was super helpful in assisting with late night dining options. Hotel was very clean, with an exceptionally large room in a safe and convenient location. Would absolutely stay again.

The hotel was close to places to eat and only a 15 minute ride from the train station

Not enough parking spaces. When I visited it was a bus of large tour busses so spaces were limited

Very clean. Smells good. Updated. Beds are comfortable. Inside heated pool. Has gluten free options for breakfast. Very convenient to Liberty and University of Lynchburg.

I travel constantly for work and I’m loyal to Marriott, but this property in Lynchburg was a shocking first — and absolutely a last. The moment I walked into the room, it felt abandoned. Stuffy, dark, no airflow, no lights, just that unmistakable “no one has been here in a while” feeling. But that wasn’t even the real problem. The real problem was the large, brown, flying roach I found on the side of the mattress, inches from my pillow. That is not a typo. A giant roach. On the bed. Next to where I was supposed to sleep. I called the front desk immediately. The young woman working was kind — and clearly just as horrified — but the only solution offered was to move me to another room. That room also had zero airflow, and after what I’d just seen, I slept with every light on and one eye open. If I had seen one more critter, I would’ve slept in my rental car. For a Marriott property, this was beyond unacceptable. I sincerely hope they called an exterminator, because this experience was disgusting and completely avoidable.

The breakfast was great! I love the self-serve strawberry pancake maker feature!

Even tho I only stayed for 2 nights, house keeping never came to switch out my towels.

The property was ideally located for us, the pool was nice for a morning swim, and the suite was spacious.

The pull out bed of the couch was less comfortable than others.
