"Rooms not ready on time"

We arrived at the hotel for checkin at 3:45 and were told the room was not ready. Checkin was at 3pm. The lobby was already filled with 5 other families waiting for their rooms. We finally got into our room at 4:30 (one and a half hours after the allowed check in time!). After driving 6 hours, the last thing we wanted to do was sit in the lobby waiting for a room. The front desk never apologized or offered us water or anything. The rooms were very clean and breakfast good, but the experience was tainted with checkin.

"This is the only hotel in Lynchburg I want to ever stay at"

Everything!! I’ve stayed in several hotels in Lynchburg and this hotel was by far the best. Clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast. The staff was amazing. Beds were comfortable.
