It was a terrible sleeping experience. My husband and I slept on a pull out couch designed for two. The springs were very weak. We both slept poorly and my spouse had a lot of back pain the next day. The manager said there was nothing to be done because we booked through a third party. Never had such a bad experience at a hotel.

Beautiful and clean

Other guests were extremely loud - shouting, blaring music, slamming room doors late into the night. Our air conditioner fan rattled loudly all night long! We got zero rest and only a few hours sleep. We checked out a day early because it was such a miserable experience.
