Excellent location and good rooms.

I requested and was approved for early check-in three days before my stay at the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel for the early check-in, I was told that they had already sold out early check-in and therefore it was no longer available to me. This meant I now had to wait 5 hours for the regular check-in despite them having told me that I had been granted early check-in. Instead of owning up to their mistake, the front staff chose to gaslight me, claiming that the email that said "Congratulations! You have been awarded your requested early check-in." Did not actually mean that I was guaranteed early check-in, but it was up to their discretion when I arrive at the hotel. I don't know how we are meant to plan for the arrival at this hotel, seeing how it is completely up to them when you check-in, regardless if you've been told by the hotel that you have been granted early check-in or not.

Cómodo, muy buena ubicación

The hotel was well located for the Hop On Hop Off bus tour, streetcars and the ferries to the islands. Not many shops around but we weren't there to shop. The coffee bar in the lobby was our regular stop for a light breakfast and was very good. Good sized room.
