My booking experience at the hotel was very disappointing. I reserved a deluxe room, but upon arrival, I was given a small room with an unpleasant sewage smell, which led me not to stay at the hotel at all. Additionally, the price charged to me was significantly higher than the published price, sometimes by as much as one third more. I contacted both the hotel and Booking.com for assistance but did not receive adequate or satisfactory responses. Despite the polite service from the receptionist, I do not recommend booking at this hotel. It is advisable to read other reviews before making a reservation. I experienced a feeling of disappointment and being misled.

My experience with the service at the hotel was very disappointing. After sending 4-5 emails regarding the issue, I received a response only after a long time, stating that the matter would be investigated and that they would get back to me soon. Three days have passed since then, and I still have not received any further response. I reached out again via email but received no reply. The feeling is one of neglect and insufficient handling. In my opinion, in such a situation, the hotel should have refunded me or found an appropriate solution, but in practice, they just charged me and did not address the issue. I recommend being cautious and thoroughly checking before making a reservation.פ

Mooie accomodatie met super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Locatie mooi aan een privé strand en rustig net buiten de feestherrie van Koh Phangan. Heerlijk gegeten (lunch en ontbijt) in het Marin restaurant aldaar. Wij boekte deze kamer last minute en daarom ontzettend goedkoop tov de “normale” prijs. De kamer is mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien maar (zeker de badkamer) deed geen 4 sterren aan.

Top Lage, alles schnell erreichbar. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit – besser geht’s nicht! Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. Jederzeit wieder!

Das Frühstück und die Kellner waren hervorragend. Das man die Hauptbestandteile des Frühstücks (Omlett, Kaffee, Pancakes,…) auf einem Zettel bestellt war sehr gut- da wurde nicht so viel umsonst raus gestellt. Zudem konnte man immer nachbestellen- sehr gut! Der Pool und der Ausblick waren auch sehr gut und es wurde täglich alles gereinigt!

Das Personal an der Rezeption war vielleicht etwas verpeilt, aber dennoch ganz gut. Um die Insel zu erkunden benötigt man entweder ein Taxi oder einen Roller mit 160CC, um die Berge entspannt zu bewältigen.

המלון קטן וממש חמוד. צוות מאוד מסביר פנים ושירותי. נמצא על הים, עם נוף לים. הארוחת בוקר טעימה. חדר אוכל עם נוף לים. בריכה קטנה אבל מספיקה. יש 1+1 על הקוקטיילים בין 17:00-20:00 בבר בבריכה

אי אפשר ככ להיכנס לים בגלל סלעים. ארוחות בוקר בסיסית, מגיעים, בוחרים מה רוצים לאכול ומגישים לכם א.בוקר. ארוחת בוקר זה לא בופה חופשי.
