The staff was great and very helpful, a lof of services are offered at the resort (motorbike rental, massage, laundry, etc) rooms and facilities are in a very good state. The atmosphere is very relaxing.

Some of the equipment could be renewed (aircon was a bit noisy) and there were many insects all around because it is surrounded by nature.

Perfect location just at the beach. Very quiet hotel no noise from parties or road traffic. Pool is nice with good service during the day. Good breakfast and I had dinner twice. All very tasty and good.

If you like to be in the center of all the parties and tourist area there is a 15 min walk. I only walked down there once during my stay because I simply liked the hotel area too much and did not need all the tourist stuff.

We did not enjoy time here at all.

I book this hotel by mistake but they did not let us cancel it immediately. The hotel staff should not insist on their customer to stay there when they do not want. We did not enjoy anything. The way there from pier was pain and very far which hills hard for 125cc scooters. No people on the hotel. Terrible breakfast where you have to fill in paper what you want from the to prepare. We waist two days of our vacation and did not see anything from Koh Phangan as we could not take hotel in another area. During our stay they very workiug with drill in swimming poor area which was disturbing for whole hotel area. This is very bad when customer are paying so high price. I was expecting nice sunset from the beach but there was nothing to see at all. Really waist of our time there whitch I regret because we did not see anything from Koh Phangan thanks to this people working there.

Great facilities and staff- really comfortable. Location is a little far from the main town but close to Haad Rin -best to rent a scooter

Princess Paradise is a wonderful place, with mesmerizing views and the most welcoming personnel!! I enjoyed every minute of my two days staying at Princess Paradise resort. Thank you and I'm going to be back for sure! 🙏
