Amazing resort, Exceptional service

The hotel is on the beach, with a nice pool and nice resturant, the stuff is very nice. We loved the place

The room said its has sea view, but it didn't had sea view, it had tree view. That was very disappointing for our honeymoon

It is a beautiful and cozy hotel where a lot of effort is put on detail - lights, aroma, design elements. The place looks clean. An amazing garden, wonderful view to the beach, nice pool area. We enjoyed the breakfast, the food and coffee were tasty. Baby friendly place – we traveled with a 11 month old and were welcomed and treated nicely. The staff that works in the garden and in the restaurant and pool area is polite and helpful. Beautiful view for sunset and breakfast in the morning!

The staff at the reception was quite unprofessional and unhelpful. My husband and baby suffered from heavy stomach virus and had high fever, I went to ask for a thermometer and when they didn’t find one, they recommended me to go to the pharmacy although it was not walking distance. There was an earthquake in Bangkok and when we asked the receptionists if they have an emergency/evacuation plan. They said they didn’t know and they “need to ask the manager”. It was quite difficult to communicate in English with them and in general I didn’t feel they could help me or understood my concerns. The room was a bit small, also the bed for two people is a bit tight, shower could have had a wall/curtain since the bathroom is also small. Monkeys on the balcony. That there is no gym. The had rin area is quite empty and desterted, we always drove toward south-west to find places to eat and massage. Reception is not open 24/7, we needed help during the night.

The breakfast was really boaring under the average every day the same. The location is good if you are going to the fullmoon, otherwise is far from the good restaurants or any Beach activities. The Resort is not a 4 star maximum a 3star. Really small rooms. In the bathroom there is no hanger for a hand towel the water from the shower goes to the toilet not so hygenic.

Great position with nice sunset beach!
