Renaissance Philadelphia Downtown Hotel

My family and I had a one night stay at the Renaissance Philadelphia Downtown Hotel this past weekend, and although the stay was short I was extremely impressed by the customer service. Their employee, Nasir, was amazing!! He was friendly, answered all of our questions, helped us with late check out, and overall had such great energy. 10/10, Will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Rooms were clean, buttons on elevators would go in and out. Pool is closed indefinitely! have to pay a fee for wifi even if you use the “free” wifi. staff was welcoming though just the ownership is very poor

This hotel is absolutely AMAZING from the time we arrived. We are use to rooms not being ready until after 3:00 P.M. at 10:30 A.M. I received a notification via the app our room was ready. When we arrived at the hotel everyone was extremely nice and greeted us. Joe & Joe the mangers were super nice and friendly. Room was cleans and great location. 10/10 for sure.

This is a great location that’s convenient to museums and the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall and the hop on hop off bus pickup locations. The staff is professional and courteous. We will be back!

Bathroom was a little dated; the sink didn’t drain properly.

I had a great stay at the Renaissance Philadelphia Downtown Hotel. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Old City, near all the historic landmarks and great restaurants and cafes. Great service, especially from the two Joes at the front desk. Both were warm, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel itself is stylish, comfortable, with clean modern rooms. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Philadelphia—and make sure to say hello to the Joes when you check in!

Great location! Nasir at front desk was simply AMAZING…ensured I was satisfied with my room. Answered all questions I had as this was the first time the restaurant was separate from hotel. He is a very pleasant person and was every time we talked to him throughout the 3 days of our stay. Only had issue with Valet, wish I would have parked in garage instead. Didn’t use car and paid $65 instead of $33 ugh!

Perfect location to take the Riverink to Camden NJ for an outdoor concert. Flew in for the day and Joe and his team got us checked in several hours early to help us enjoy more time in the city. When we asked Joe for cheesesteak recommendations, this man walked us down the block to show us some great options. Made great conversation and made us feel like he actually cared about making sure we had a good time in his city. Location is awesome, room was clean, bed was comfortable, service was outstanding. I’m not in Philadelphia often but when I am I’ll stay here 10 times out of 10.
